Problems with Download manager

New here and have no idea if I am in the right place.

I bought a dell fingerprint reader on ebay to use on my Dell E521.  I expected it to come with some software but it did not.  The brochure says to download the Embassy Trust Suite from the Dell Site.

When I try to download the software it wants to download the download manager.  In the FAQs it says that you can download without the manager (at least it did in the past) but there is no option to do that now.

I have installed the manager, but when I use it says that there are no files to download.  However I have 3 files listed .  If I click the download button there it simply want to download the manager again.

Running window 7.  Microsoft .Net framework 1.1 is listed in the Uninstall/Change program.  However,  .Net 3.5.1 is listed in turn features on or off.  I have enabled both Windows Communication Foundation HTTP and non-Http Activation.

Running Norton IS 2010.

This is certainly not made any simpler!!!

Any ideas re the manager and fingerprint reader. (want it for banking and other security)

Clear your browser cache and try the download again.  This time don't select download manager.  Choose dowload by browser.  I think you'll have better luck downloading the files this way.
