Reinstall Windows with additional RAID driver and no floppy

I am trying to reinstall windows after a virus attack on my PC. My system has a RAID setup so when I go into reinstall windows it requires that I have my additional raid driver on a floppy disk that it can access to continue installation.

I referred to the following article on how to do it:

http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kb/en/document?c=us&DN=1090643&l=en&s
Article # - RG1090643

Everything went fine except the only problem is that I dont have a floppy on my system. In the windows installer there is no way to make it point to a CD or USB drive - how do i get windows to see the driver without a floppy drive?

Any ideas?
thanks
john
