Something is wrong with the letter Q on my keyboard.
I hit the letter "Q" and hear a tone and it will not type it?! After a few tries it will show. The FILE in the top left corner gets highlighted while I try this?! Somehow the letter got set for a short cut of some sort and I want it removed. Any ideas?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
You can try maybe popping it off to see if any debris may be caught underneath. Make sure it is disconnected from the system first.
If it is still faulty then, contact Dell support to have it replaced if you are still within your warranty period.
