upgrade my xps 8300

Hello
First sorry for my English, I am Belgian :]

I would like to change my graphics card (amd hd 6770) and my PSU (460W) by:
Nvidia gtx OC-560ti

High-Current Antec Gamer 520
http://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00107479.html

But I am worried about the ventilation of the box (sorry, i do not know the exact translation of "Case" in French)

Is the PC will not overheat in the summer?

It is sometimes +30 ° C in the room

thank you in advance and good day :)

The Dell (8F60V AMD Radeon HD6670 M208a) will work on the Dell 460w power supply. I cannot speak to the retail 6770 since we never tested it. Other users have added 3rd party power supplies and have not reported overheating.

The GTX 560 Ti actually runs cooler than the HD 6770 so I don't think you will be producing more heat than what you have right now and adding the power supply will not produce any more heat either.  Therefore, if you are not experiencing heat related issues in the summer when the room gets as hot as you say, you should not with the upgrades as long as your cable management is good with the new power supply.
