Hi,
Welcome to the community
Can you check in device manager if the card is detected, should be under Device Manager>Network Adapter. Also, you can check BIOS (F2 on Boot) under Advanced Tab>Integrated Peripherals Configuration>Integrated NIC, see if its Enabled. Let me know of the results, glad to help.

Did you just install the operating system from scratch?
If so then for XP, Vista, or 7 you need to install the chipset driver before all other drivers...
