Is NF51 a decent upgrade item?
The '391' has really improved current 8400/3.0/2048ram/HD wd raptor
Would this benefit 'fsb,cache,etc'.......meaning NF51 mainboard over my present dell mb?

First, you would want to make sure that the GS shipping with this motherboard combo is in fact at least a N391. I'll bet money it's the N386.

Beyond that, can you place that motherboard into the Dell 8400 case???
