5150 Memory Problem??
Had a previous problem with the system freezing at the Dell screen, one of the things I tried was to move the memory around. This seemed to work for a week, however i noticed that the system was now only showing 512 mb of memory (1 module, should have 2*512).
I had not sitted it properly and corrected this. To cut a long story short -
Module A (in any of the four slots) - OK
Module B ( in any of the four slots) - Won't boot every time, when it does Win suffers serious error and fails to the blue screen.
Module A + B (in every combination) - As module B
To me this looks like i have a faulty memory module? Or could it be the mother board?
Your advice would be appreciated.

Check that the memory is installed as shown, if the problem is not corrected, if you are under warranty, then contact Dell, you could have a bad module or a motherboard slot.
To check if there's a bad module.
If you have two or more memory modules installed, remove the modules, reinstall one module, and then restart the computer. If the computer starts normally, reinstall an additional module. Continue until you have identified a faulty module or reinstalled all modules without error.
