Kernel Data Impage Error

I am receiving a Kernel Data Impage Error that is causing a blue screen of death on a two year old XPS One with the below configuration.  I can not determine the issue.

This error most commonly arises from a failing hard drive. To verify the drive's operation, boot to the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup) and run an extended test on the hard drive.

The results of the test were error code 2000-0142, validation 120064, hard drive short test unsuccessful.
