The Productivity Software section is the most applicable. Keep in mind that Dell has never supplied Nero with their PC's. It's either been Roxio or Sonic (since 2002) so asking about Nero on a Dell forum may not be the best place.
Most Internet Forums consider all capitals "shouting" and all capitals is harder to read. I used to be an Air Force morse code radio operator and used all capitals but even for me, now, all caps are harder to read.

That is a very old version. They are up to V9 now and probably V10 very soon. You will probably have to purchase the new version.
Two issues, 1. This is a software, not hardware problem (this section) and 2, all capitals is considered shouting on this forum.

Two suggestions are an buy older OEM version from eBay or a retail version from Amazon.
I did the latter.
