Technical Engineer or May be Not

07-09-23 - A guy turns up to replace hard drive. Had no clue how to even open the system. I assisted him in opening and with screwdrivers. Basically he ended up opening full PC just to realize that the hard drive is simply get access from the front grill. Had no clue how to open the front Grill.
Finally spending 3 hrs just to trying and replace a simple hard drive. ended up messing it all up and ended up installing 2 operating systems on the computer and left the pc half open.

11-09-23 - Guy comes to finish the job, again had no clue what to do. spent nearly 2 hours, Broke front grill, broke the fan fittings in the back while trying to replace it. Kept complaining that the fan wires are too small.  Didnt even managed to connect the fan to the motherboard. Fan error attached.

Again no idea how to replace the hard drive, left the old one in, and semi fitted the new one because he had no idea how to fix it in to the chamber (I know because when he took it out, it just fell). Couldnt install the hard drive basically and kept shouting at me when I said to him, that the old drive is still in the system. He couldn't understand me.

Now after spending 2 hrs at my home, he couldnt install the hard drive and declared it dead on arrival and left.

You give me one reason, I should believe that the guys you are sending to replace the hard drive are actually technically trained.

Now after nearly one week, my system is worst to where it was to begin with a simple hard drive replacement.

Frankly I know more than the technical guys do. Simply refresh the hard drive and install new operating system. Was that too hard.

Shame on the word of Engineer.
