TPM Troubleshooting

Hi all. I have a Latitude that is showing a TPM firmware update error. I have tried clearing the TPM in both the BIOS and through Windows. Bitlocker is currently disabled. I’ve gone into Powershell to disown the TPM prior to updating. For some reason I can’t get the TPM to update. One thing that puzzles me is that I appear to have the most current TPM firmware update for Windows 11. Why would there be an error? UEFI is also updated to most recent version. Any help would surely be appreciated.
