Howto remove a media without losing files

Hi,

When I remove a media the files and stubfiles are gone

How can I correctly set all data back and remove the media so I can uninstall DX
without losing files or data
(this for migration reasons)

    Perform a file restore task to bring the files back. Then run Compaction on the media. DX will give you the option to bring the data back to the drive.

    I dit allot of prefetch tasks, restore tasks, and the option is never available

    It looks like this software is install only (remove is not an option)

    I have found it myself,

    You need to COMPACT the media
    then all files are in normal state and the media is removed
