ecs test drive - Version ECS.NEXT

Hello. We've been using the test drive portal for several years now to ensure our product works with Dell ECS. We've hit a hard limit and that is preventing me from accessing our storage to clean out old data. I've sent two emails to ecs.testdrive.support@dell.com with no answer. The last was sent three weeks ago.
