The first part of the linkls worked, we could get the documents, but the others, for example the Security Hardening Guide and the Security Configuration Guide are unavailable. We get 403 and this message: user details unavailable

Are you logged into the support site when trying to access the guide?  Sometimes when you get the 403 error try to hit the reload button a couple of time and it should bring up the guide.
