Triggering Notifications for Documentation reasons DCU 5.6

is there anyway to trigger the update notifications that fly out from the system tray? i'm trying to create a user guide for my organization.   I have the frequency to scan to Automatic Updates, and set defferals for install every 2 hours for 3 times, and reboots deffereals to 3 times up to 5 hours each.

The dell documentation doesn't have any of this in the admin guide or user guides.  Does anyone have a thorough screenshots of this tool as its operational?  I have a device here that I just formatted.
