Hello,

I am trying to download the CAB file "9365-WIN10-A01-2F9C9.CAB" for Dell XPS 13 9365 but have noticed that as soon as the download crosses approx. 145MB, the speed of the download reduces drastically, lets say, from 1Mbps to 20kbps.
Have tried this 3-4 times but this is same everytime.

Has anyone noticed the same?
