While you can trim up the driver packages up even further, I'd suggest leaving them as-is and just let MDT pick what it needs. Some driver INF's actually have actions that copy these additional files over for you as part of the driver injection process so unless you want to go thru and really look at each driver and what it does, I'd just leave them as-is.
They are tested and working as-is and that's part of the benefit of the CAB files. Dell has done the hard work for you already!
