Hi Bitterswwweet,
I typically test out my WinPE drivers using the method outlined in this blog post: http://blog.uvm.edu/jgm/2011/03/31/winpe-loading-drivers-to-a-live-instance/
This allows you to boot into WinPE with your production boot image, and quickly test out NIC drivers until you find one that works. Then simply import that driver into ConfigMgr and add to your boot image.
