Unable to import SCE into SCCM

I am trying to import an SCE into the SCCM CB 1806 console using DCIS 5.0 and Dell Command Configure 4.1.  When I select the package to import in the wizard I get the following error message:

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.  Access to the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Dell\CommandintergrationSuite\ConfigManagerExtensions is denied.

How can I resolve this issue?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!
