SMI-S Version
Is there an easy way to see what version of SMI-S is installed on a system?
I am just correlating it to the solutions enabler version, say we have 7.5 installed that would mean we have 1.5 of SMI-S 4.5 of SMI-S provider, but would like to know if there is a concrete way to find out.

Hello,
Open a command prompt and navigate to "...\Program Files\EMC\ECIM\ECOM\bin" where SMI-S Provider is installed.
Run the command "TestSmiProvider.exe" and enter into provider console.
You would find the build and version information in the bottom left corner.
"Built with EMC SMI-S Provider: V.X.X.X"

Thanks! This worked with the same directory for Linux.

When you are at the SMI-S propmt, you can type in "dv" (with out the quotes. This will give you all teh version items.
