We didn't do the initial configurations properly so, we had to reset the array, we are getting the message below after logon.
"Because you have logged into the secondary control module, you can perform only service operations for this control module; array and group management operations are not available. Connect to Port 0 on the active control module to perform array and group managemnt operations"
Does that mean we would have to switch the serial cable from the back of the SAN to the other one anytime if we restart/reset?
is there a way to make the current (secondary) session to active?

Thank you for your suggestion.
Last question :)
We had setup the member ip address and the group ip address but we were not able to go to the http://group_ip_address.
Does that mean i have to run the following commands to finalise group ip address so i can http to it ? or there are more settings need to be configured before we can http to it.
"I got these commands from your earlier posts on a different section for equal logic. I don't know if these applicable?"
- member select membername eth select 2 ipaddress ipaddress_on_your_LAN \ netmask your_subnetmask
- member select membername eth select 2 up
Thanks again.
