Equalogic volume for Oracle RAC
Hi everyone,
Has anybody create a volume from an equallogic array for the purpose to use it as storage for an Oracle RAC? Equallogic documentation says that “Allow simultaneous connections from initiators with different IQNs” configuration is only valid for Windows failover cluster, so it can’t be used with Oracle cluster?

That "configuration is only valid for Windows failover cluster" statement is not true, if so you wouldn't be able to even use an EQL with VMware. Look at http://www.equallogic.com/partnerships/default.aspx?id=6237 and http://www.equallogic.com/resourcecenter/assetview.aspx?id=5115
