Possible to change ethernet interface speed
Hi
I have two groups of one PS5000 and one PS6000 on each group.
1. On the active controller of the PS5000 on both groups, only eth0 and eth1 shows 1Gbps speed. eth2 shows 10Mbps. Aren't all three ports 1Gbps ports?
2. on the active controller of ONE of PS6000, eth3 shows 10Mbps while on the active controller of the other PS6000 all four ports are showing 1Gbps. Why?
I'm running V5.2.2 on all members

It might be possible that this feature to specify the last port of an EQL as a dedecited mgmt port comes with a later firmware version. Your 5.2.2 isnt up to date.
Ok, if you check the IPs of all ports and they are all located into the same subnet you dont have dedeciated mgmt in use. So all ports have to show 1Gbps if they are active. If you take a look to the switch what port speed will it show?

Do add to Don's statement of "Check the cables and port settings on the switch"; if a link is down, it also reports as 10Mbit (though you can easily see that the link is down in the group manager, so I would assume that's not the case).

Sorry for my ignorance but where do I check that. On the PS6000 I believe all ports are for iscsi traffic

Question:
Do you use all ports for iscsi or do you have the optional management active?

Yes, I'm new to eql so I didn't know that the port is reported as a 10Mbps interface when it is not connected to a switct. So I got confused.
