PS6000XV Controllers

Hi,

We have a PS6000XV with 3 disks failed. We can’t connect to both controllers. But, when we do a serial connection, we have the following message : It appears that the storage array has not been configured. Please run setup before executing management commands. The array storage has data and running setup will erase it. Do we have anyway to recover this array without loosing data ?
