Hello,
First things that come to mind is that they aren't compatible cables or you are on the passive controller.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried all 4 SFP+ ports with no luck. We have Dell OEM SFP+ cables on the way so i should be able to test with those.

FYI: Only the ports on the active controller will work. The passive ports will always be down until that controller becomes the active.
So unless you did a controller failover you didn't actually test all four ports.
Are these twinax cables? Hopefully, the proper Dell cables will resolve it.
