Purchasing Multiple SANs - Replacement Parts Question

Hi,

I will be purchasing two PS6100E and one PS6100XS SANs.  The best support service Dell can offer is next business day for replacement parts due to the location of the site.  We normally opt for the four hour replacement parts support, but it is not offered for that location.

 Is there any way to purchase extra hard drives/SSD, flash card for the controllers, and a controller to resolve bad parts quickly?  Or is there another way to resolve bad part issues faster than next business day?

Due to some location limitations 4 hour is not offered (typically a Dell parts depot site is not near by).  

However you should be able to purchase additional disks, controllers, flash drives as needed per your needs.  

Start by contacting EqualLogic Customer Service (or your sales rep) to see what is available.  EQL Customer Service can be contacted at this email address Eqlx-customer-service@dell.com
