Replication to different subnet

I need to setup replication from an existing EQ group that has all its interfaces on a non-routed subnet; to a newly staged group that will live in a different subnet.  Initially the two groups will be co-located for staging, but the new group will be moved to a remote site, but retain the private addressing it gets assigned.

What's the best practice for configuring the replication?  Do I just need to allow routing on the iSCSI networks?
