With firmware 3.2 the DRxxxx get the storage encryption feature

Does someone has experiences with?

-does it affect the speed of the normal DR function?

-how long will the first encryption take (for example on a DR4100 27TB with 20 TB data)

-if it was ones enabled, can it be disabled afterwards without losing data
