For the MD3600f, please refer to the High Performance Tier Implementation Guidelines whitepaper: http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/pvaul/en/high-performance-tier-implementation-guide.pdf (page 18-20 of the pdf has the base vs turbo chart). You can get the iops data from the charts across the various transfer sizes.
