MD3200 - Unable to find DAS after software MDSM upgrade

Last week, we replaced a bad hard drive with a new one. Same model and everything, except the firmware on the hard drive was not matching the others.

In effort to kill two birds with one stone, I decided to update our MDSM to the latest 6.5.0.1 version and update the firmware to the drive. Per another article, I uninstalled previous version and installed 6.5.0.1. Afterwards, the MDSM was not about to auto discover the storage array. MD3200 is connected via SAS.

I tried manual in-band discovery but come up empty handed each time.

I can't find previous version software, 5.x...

How can I re-connect to my Storage Array?
