Yes it can, if the array is not setup in split bus mode configuration. I also also verify that the iSCSI ports on the array are setup to see both subnets.
IE: Controller 0 Port 0 - 192.168.1.130 and Controller 1 Port 0 - 192.168.1.131
This will allow the lun to be see from the same subnet on a different controller in case of failure. Depending on your OS, will also depend on how the iSCSI sessions will drop and come back. The MD32xxxx are awesome in that regaurd, as long as you plan right, from the start,
