I am setting up Windows 2008 R2 Hyper V servers on EQL hardware, all 10gig (Nexus 5548's)

On my two dedicated iSCSI NIC's, (Intel X520-2) I have options for TCP Offloading/Checksum Offloading.

It is off now, is it recomended to turn it on?
