Creating a Tdev on Windows

Question

I have a request for a 500GB lun on a windows host. Eventually this application will grow to 1.5TBs . I have create a thin pool with Tdevs and Ddevs of 50GBs each. Should I create a 500GB Thin Meta device out of this pool and mapped it that way or should I just mapped ten 50GB Tdevs. I'm concerned because this is a Windows server and it would be mapped to a drive letter? Hi Craig,

do you want to use any kind of host based striping? If not, I do not see any reason why you should not go for a single meta TDEV with 10 members including head, so it appears as one 500GB volume to the host.
