Credentials

anyone else having issues in receiving their credentials, theyre taking up to 4 days for me to receive them. Anyway to expedite that?

Just to better understand and help - are you waiting for the badge, the certification email, or for it to appear in your profile?

Hey Mr. Geeta, good morning! 

I just need to get my credentials in my credentials portal or the email so the company Kryonyx Corp, can see them so I can move on to the next Dell training they need me to take. It’s just taking a bit than usual, and it’s delaying the process.
