Great question! Unfortunately, the OpenManage Enterprise Modular (OME-M) software isn’t available as a standalone ISO for download, and Dell doesn’t provide an official offline simulator for MX7000. The interactive demos are the closest option for hands-on practice without hardware, but they do have limitations as you noticed.

Here are a few suggestions:

1. Dell Demo Center – If your organization has access, you can request a virtual lab environment for MX7000 and OME-M. This is the best way to get full functionality without physical hardware.
2. Partner Lab Access – As a Dell partner, check if you can book time on shared lab resources through the Partner Portal.
3. OME-M Documentation & Videos – Reviewing the admin guide and Dell TechCenter videos can help fill gaps where demos don’t show all options.

Unfortunately, creating a VM from OME-M isn’t supported because it’s tightly integrated with MX hardware.
