To support your exam journey, Dell offers three distinct types of vouchers, each tied to a specific exam type on Pearson VUE:

• Proven–CSAT Certification Voucher – for Certification Exams
• Proven–CSAT Achievement Test Voucher – for Achievement Exams
• Proven–CSAT Practice Test Voucher – for Practice Tests

These vouchers are not interchangeable, as each is uniquely configured for its corresponding exam type.

In your case, the voucher validation failed because a Certification Exam voucher was used to register for an Achievement Exam. Since the voucher types are exam-specific, it’s important to ensure the voucher matches the exam title when scheduling.

As part of our customer-first approach, we’ve issued you a Proven–CSAT Achievement Test Voucher, valid until October 16, 2026. You should now be able to proceed with your exam registration.
