Thank you for the "huge and useless help." I have already found a solution, spending half a day on it! Maybe it will help someone else... I needed to fix your resources, specifically update the local CA certificate on the DDVE (Data Domain Web GUI Interface) server using the command "adminaccess certificate generate self-signed-cert regenerate-ca."

It appears that you've encountered a "Error 404" message in the Dell lab Curriculum Path for DCS-IE NetWorker Implementation Engineer - Partners [On-Demand]. The "Error 404" message typically indicates that the webpage or resource you are trying to access cannot be found on the server.

To address this issue, you can take the following steps:

1. **Double-check the URL:** Ensure that you have entered the correct URL for the Dell lab Curriculum Path. Verify each part of the URL to make sure there are no typos or mistakes.

2. **Refresh the Page:** Sometimes, a simple page refresh can resolve the issue. Use the refresh button on your browser or press F5 to reload the page.

3. **Clear Browser Cache:** Cached data in your browser may be causing the problem. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt to access the Curriculum Path again.

4. **Check for Server Issues:** The error could be on the server side. Check if other users are experiencing the same problem, or contact Dell support to inquire about any known server issues.

5. **Contact Dell Support:** If the issue persists, it's advisable to contact Dell's customer support for assistance. Provide them with details about the error, including the specific URL and any error messages you received.

6. **Alternative Access:** If available, check for alternative access methods, such as using a different browser or accessing the content from a different device.

7. **Update Browser:** Ensure that your browser is up-to-date. Sometimes, using an outdated browser can lead to compatibility issues.

If none of these steps resolves the issue, it may indicate a problem on the server side, and Dell support should be able to provide further assistance in resolving the "Error 404" in the Curriculum Path for DCS-IE NetWorker Implementation Engineer - Partners [On-Demand].

"Very interesting proposition, but there is a nuance. This is the pre-configured environment, the 'virtual laboratory' from Dell, and it does not work properly. There is no 'cluttered browser' by default because it is created from scratch every time it is launched. And yes, I have tried clearing cookies and refreshing the page...

Provide a working link for support of this product.

P.S. This whole environment cost me $1000, and I don't understand why you are selling a product that doesn't work."
