May we know what is the alternative way to address education issues as the new link redirect to Techdirect support portal and course issues are not responded in any way.

The old site from the pre-historic EMC is way better (https://emc.my.salesforce-sites.com/EducationSupport/ ) but it seems it taken out from partners and customers.

Please advise as there are course issues that we would like to address.
