Problem with file name length

Hi Experts,      I am experiancing problem with file name length. My Multi Directory Watch Module got hanged immediatly when ever it picks a file with file name contains 62 characters. It picks the file create batch and pushes a copy to documentum. But after that it is unable to delete that file and batch. The batch will be locked also. If the same file is renamed with file name length of any other than 62 will be processed successfully. What is the problem with length 62. Please provide me a solution....

You should probably log a support case.  This sounds like a bug.
