Training never gets past "Assigned Authorization Details" loading screen.

I have attempted to clear cache, cookies, tried on a different browser, on a different device, and on a different network. The issue still persists. Is there any one I can get in contact with to fix this? I urgently need to ship out laptops using self dispatch.
