When you use meta devices for TimeFinder, source and target hyper size should be same.

I did not undersand your scenario, if you are asking your source and target meta size is 288 GB but with differ size of hyper then answer is no.

Since Enginuity Version 5568, Symmetrix TimeFinder/Clone operations using the
SYMCLI allow you to create clone copies of a source device on multiple target devices.
The source and target devices can be either standard devices or BCV devices as long
as they are all of the same size and emulation type (FBA or CKD). Clone copies of
striped or concatenated meta devices can also be created, but the source and target
meta devices must be completely identical in stripe count, stripe size, and capacity.

the clones will be on
different boxes , DMX1000 and DMX4

Ok you have different boxes in your shop...

so the tracks
size are diffrent also !

Clone (or TF/Mirror) work locally. Thus different track size won't be an issue.

Creating a lun with 39322 = 18G on the old while its
32 on the new?

We already discussed different track size a lot of times. Actual behaviour will depend on Solution Enabler version and "options" file configuration.

is this possible to replicate both devices ??

Yes, locally. Go create needed BCV/Clone devices and establish/create sessions.

what are the clone and BCV prerequisites ?

You need the right license, you need BCV (or clone target) devices. That's it :D

it should be the same number of metas ??

Rules are strict. Same number of metamembers, each same size (or bigger) of original volume. Already discussed a few times... I bet someone may provide a direct link to previous threads ;-)

moving data between arrays you will need to use either SRDF or Open replicator.

other options : powerpath migration enabler , host copy , invista

search for powerpath migration enabler on powerlink and you should find a ppt showing pros and cons of the different options
