    We did have an issue with emcgrab version 4.4.1 as documented in knowledgebase article emc241215

The latest (and fixed) version,  which is 4.4.2, is available  for download at ftp://ftp.emc.com/pub/emcgrab/Unix/

Is it this version you are having an issue with?  If so, I will alert the emcgrab developers
