Cannot install Imageassist 10.0.3.9 on Win 10 32bit system

When attempting to install Imageassist 10.0.3.9 on my VM, I receive the error:" this app can't run on your PC, to find a version for your PC, check with the software vendor"

Is there a different version specifically for 32bit Win 10 20H2?
