It appears the Inspiron 2350 has a slot for an mSATA SSD drive. If that SSD is actually being used as a cache drive, it's only available to Windows, and is only used to speed up performance of a relatively slow HDD.
A cache SSD is not visible in Windows Explorer and the user cannot write/store any files on it. Attempts to write to a cache SSD will probably mean you end up reinstalling Windows...
If you want to speed things up, you may need to replace the HDD with a compatible, large SSD and maybe also increasing RAM, up to the max of 2x 8GB (16 GB, total) of DDR3L 1600 MHz RAM.
