find PSWD on motherboard. The system password will be cleared and disabled when the system is started with this jumper removed. Shorting the jumper enables the password feature.
Remove the computer cover.
Locate the 2-pin password connector (PSWD) on the motherboard.
Remove the 2-pin jumper plug and set the jumper plug aside
Always include exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts.
What new OS are you trying to install? And how did you prepare a bootable USB stick?
If this is a clean install of Win 10, you should read/follow Microsoft's instructions here. You should be able to boot that USB from the F12 menu without changing anything in BIOS setup...

I only saw a pwr2. Would jot start with it unplugged.
