cant access bios

Question

I am running Windows 11 on this pc. I cant access the Bios mode by any the normal methods including the command shutdown /r /o /f /t 00. It goes to black screen and stalls.

I am running 2 monitors one hdmi and the other display port both at 60MHz. I tryed the shutting off monitor and restarting on both no change. I get no error beeps . I also removed and replaced the cmos battery tip with no difference. All drivers are updated including the video card

Any suggestions appreciated

Make a simple setup with a single monitor, USB mouse and keyboard. Temporarily remove all other external USB devices.

As soon as power up the system, continuously tapping on F2 or F12. If using F12, select the BIOS menu in the one time boot menu.

Well I guess I was trying to make it hard, when it was so simple. I disabled my video card and used the on board video connection and it worked perfectly. You was spot on Thank you very much
