Confirmation for upgrade DM061 (processor and memory RAM)

Before I need to buy new, at least need to upgrade my old pc before anything for back up and save this guy(pc) when I needed

Seem I need VT, this processor do not have VT

not sure about which Processor to upgrade with but I heard:

[ Intel core 2 duo e6600 ]

[* Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 -BX80562Q660  ]

[ Intel core 2 Quad Q6700 ]

well if got any than this , got any suggestion or this among the best? and got no problem to change this processor?

 

RAM

not sure about  which DDR2 module speed that I need

4 socket as usual , can this DM061 using 4gb/8gb DDR2 stick? due to window 10 at least I need more than 4gb RAM 

 

well , some say is easy to buy new, but still need this pc, due to latest work issue and got problem in some issue, I need at least to upgrade Processor with VT(virtualization)and some more RAM to add, I found that my RAM is not same in module speed due to it detect lowest speed, last I buy RAM for this , many not compatible with this PC.
