Inspiron 20 Model 3048 Windows 10 is the last I can remember I believe it is a windows password or a local password. When I power on the computer I see the dell logo but I never see the windows logo. It goes to a blue screen with no pictures or logos for me to select user. There is only one so I select that one. When I used to power on the computer it used to have the option to logon to Candy and other user or face login

Is it a Power-on, Windows Login, BIOS or Startup password???
