Hard drive not installed
Hello,
Up to last night everything was fine.
Suddenly, today when I turned on the laptop, the message "hardware not installed" came on and when I click continue, it shuts down.
I checked the drive, no problem
I ran the diagnostics and The only problem was the hard drive "the hard drive not installed"

You never posted the model so it is impossible to know how old the system, including the HDD, might be. You could try another SATA data cable or another drive. Using the Windows media creation tool to create a bootable USB drive try starting the installation process. When you get to the point where Windows designates a destination drive, look for the drive in question. If you do not see it then it may very well be the drive needs to be replaced. That Windows 10 (you also did not specify the version of Windows you have installed) media creation tool can be found here, and Windows 11 version here.
