Inspiron 24 3455 cracked screen

​I purchased a Inspiron 24 3455 computer about a month ago for my son for his birthday and the first day the screen got cracked we contacted Dell and representatives and they were very rude and want $239.00 to fix. What a rip off DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER!! This is the 4th Dell I have purchased and will never buy another Dell again in my life. The internet is full of these computers with cracked screens so it must be a defect. they were very rude due to the simple fact I called twice because I'm just trying to find the best route to go but will not put that much more money into it to be out that money as well. Very disappointed!​
